They barely clean rooms in between guests.
The elevator, hallways and rooms are absolutely disgusting. The lobby is well kept but as soon as you step on the elevator to get to your room the entire place changes. I've stayed in this hotel several times over the years when I have visited Kansas city and was rather pleased however, I am still trying to wash off the filth from my most recent stay.
